Pilates

Pilates is a balance between strength and flexibility. In each class all of the major muscles of the body are strengthened and stretched to leave you with improved posture and mobility, toned muscles, a healthier core and a little bit of headspace and mindfulness too ...all in an hour!

Upcoming Courses...

  • All in-person classes are currently on hold due to the Covid-19 crisis.

  • One to one classes in your home continue as normal, €50 per session

  • Online classes have proved hugely popular, our latest course starts on Monday 21st September 2020 for 5 weeks, up to the end of October

  • Current online class schedule:

    • Mondays @ 9.30am​ & 7pm

    • Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9.30am

    • EXPRESS half-hour class Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5.30pm

  • All are beginner friendly, older adult friendly & suitable for most injuries.

 

 

Cabinteely & Cabra classes are mixed ability & beginner friendly. Please bring a mat for Cabinteely & Knocklyon classes.
