Pilates is a balance between strength and flexibility. In each class all of the major muscles of the body are strengthened and stretched to leave you with improved posture and mobility, toned muscles, a healthier core and a little bit of headspace and mindfulness too ... all in under an hour!
Since the start of the pandemic, classes now have more of a focus on relaxation strategies & correcting forward based postures from too much screen time & working from home. We have also introduced Restorative Pilates to our schedule, which are highly restful classes, really helping you to unwind, feel better & get a great night's sleep. While all classes are beginner friendly & require no previous Pilates experience, restorative is even more so. Give it a go...not a plank in sight!

Takes place in Kilbogget Park, Cabinteely. Next class is Thursday 19th May at 11.30am. All classes are weather dependant so get in touch first to book your place. Just bring a mat or towel. No charge for 'Open Access' online clients.
