Pilates

Pilates is a balance between strength and flexibility. In each class all of the major muscles of the body are strengthened and stretched to leave you with improved posture and mobility, toned muscles, a healthier core and a little bit of headspace and mindfulness too ...all in an hour!

Upcoming Courses...

  • All in-person classes are currently on hold due to the Covid-19 crisis.

  • We anticipate classes restarting in late Summer/ early Autumn, in Cabinteely, Knocklyon & Cabra & 1:1 in your own home.

  • In the meantime, **online classes** are taking place, the next 5 week block restarting Monday, 25th May 2020 .

  • Current online class schedule:

    • Mondays @ 9.30am​ & 7pm

    • Tuesdays @ 9.30am

    • Wednesdays @ 7pm

    • Thursdays @ 9.30am

  • All are beginner friendly, older adult friendly & suitable for most injuries.

 

 

Cabinteely & Cabra classes are mixed ability & beginner friendly. Please bring a mat for Cabinteely & Knocklyon classes.
