Pilates is a balance between strength and flexibility. In each class all of the major muscles of the body are strengthened and stretched to leave you with improved posture and mobility, toned muscles, a healthier core and a little bit of headspace and mindfulness too ...all in an hour!

One to one classes in your home, €50 per session, will return after level 5 restrictions lifted. 1:1 classes are available online through Zoom in the meantime.
Online classes have proved hugely popular, our latest course starts on Monday 12th April 2021 for 6 weeks, up to 20th May (bank holiday included). New members welcome at anytime & free trials are always available.
