Pilates is a balance between strength and flexibility. In each class all of the major muscles of the body are strengthened and stretched to leave you with improved posture and mobility, toned muscles, a healthier core and a little bit of headspace and mindfulness too ...all in an hour!
11 week beginners course starting Monday, 20th January 2020, 6.30-7.30pm in St. Colmcilles school, Knocklyon (€105)
11 week improvers course starting Monday, 20th January 2020, 7.30-8.30pm in St. Colmcilles school, Knocklyon (€105)
12 week mixed level course starting Monday, 20th January 2020, 9.30-10.30am in Cabinteely community school (€100).
12 week Cabinteely classes as above are also available on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 9.30am, & Wednesday evenings at 7pm
Drop-in classes in Cabra Parkside Sports Centre every Wednesday, 11-11.45am. €5 per class.
